100 gr House of Asia fresh udon noodles

1 teaspoon House of Asia Garlic Pastes

2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce

100 gr Satay Ros Thai Tai Sauce

150 g chicken breast

1 tablespoon chopped spring onions

1 small chili pepper, finely chopped

1/2 onion, cut into strips

2 tablespoons of oil for frying

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Slice the chicken into thin strips, marinate in soy sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour boiling water over the pasta and set aside for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Then add the diced chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then add the garlic paste and noodles. Gently mix everything with the satay sauce.
  4. Transfer the dish to a plate, sprinkle with spring onions and chili pepper.
