INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 Tortilla wraps
  • 2 tsp sliced ​​red jalapeno peppers
  • 3 tablespoons Greek mixed marinated olives cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons Old French Dijon mustard
  • 4 salted herring fillets
  • 1 red onion, sliced ​​into feathers
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Pepper to taste

A METHOD OF PREPARING

1. Drain the fillets thoroughly with paper towels. Place the chives, jalapeño, olives, and onion in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise and French mustard. Season with pepper to taste.
2. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan. Once cooled, add one herring fillet, add the prepared sauce, and roll the tortilla tightly. Refrigerate for an hour. Before serving, cut the tortillas into 3-4 cm pieces.
