INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Alphonso QF Mango Pulp 
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g of homogenized vanilla cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

For decoration:

  • A few raspberries
  • Fresh mint
  • Icing sugar

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Pour the milk, water, flour into the bowl, add the egg, mix well with a whisk or blender so that there are no lumps, at the end add salt, 70 g of butter, mix again and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Add butter to a heated pan and fry thin pancakes until golden brown on each side, then transfer to a paper towel.
  3. Place the banana in a bowl, mash it with a fork, and mix it with the vanilla cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of mango pulp. Spread the prepared filling on each pancake and fold it into a triangle.
  4. Place the prepared pancakes on a plate, pour the remaining mango pulp over them, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and decorate with raspberries and mint.
