INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon marinade for pork gochujang bulgogi BBQ 280g O'Food
- 1 spoon House of Asia black sesame seeds
- 1 spoon House of Asia light soy sauce
- Little S&B wasabi paste
- 2 single (smaller) chicken breasts, approx. 300 g total
- 1/2 bunch of chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- 2 large graham rolls with sesame seeds
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 green cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 small teaspoon of honey
- 1/3 teaspoon grated ginger
- A few leaves of any lettuce
- 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Grate the carrot into thin slices using a peeler. Add the grated cucumber, soy sauce, sesame seeds, honey, ginger, and garlic, and mix. Set aside.
- Finely chop the chicken breast. Add chopped chives, olive oil, salt, and O'Food sauce, and mix. Form patties with your hands and place them on a grill pan, for example. After a few minutes, flip and continue grilling.
- Toast the bun on a grill pan. Spread with mayonnaise mixed with wasabi paste. Add the lettuce, salad, meat, and the other half of the bun. It's ready. Enjoy!
