On August 19th, the second edition of the National Culinary Festival "Gęsina" (Not Only Goose) took place at the Fabryka Wełny Hotel & SPA in Pabianice. De Care and the Bonne Maman brand served as strategic sponsors of the event.
The second edition of the "Goose Meat Not Only for St. Martin's Day" competition featured two-person teams of chefs with four cooking stations at their disposal. Each team had to prepare nine servings of the dish. One serving went to the display table, while the remaining portions were presented to the tasting and technical judging panel. The aim of the competition was to promote the chefs, showcase their skills and extensive professional knowledge, and promote the product: goose meat.
The organizers ensured the highest quality of the event. Twelve teams from across Poland participated in the competition.
