The Salto restaurant in Warsaw hosted a major culinary event, "Dinner for Four Hands." The tastings were alternately served by two master chefs. They were Germán Martitegui, owner of the best restaurant in Argentina and seventh in South America (according to the S. Pellegrino Ranking), Tegui (Buenos Aires), and Martin Castro Gimenez, head chef of Salto and winner of the first Polish Top Chef finale. The chefs prepared an eight-course meal for their guests, accompanied by specially selected wines from the Catena Zapata winery in Argentina. Guests could sample pigeon, venison, hake, beef cheeks, and white strawberries. De Care sponsored the event, and our South American products were among the ingredients in these wonderful dishes. Guests were so impressed with quinoa, chia, and lucuma that they were featured on the restaurant's new menu.
