INGREDIENTS

  • 425 gr straw mushrooms from the can
  • 2 tsp garlic ginger chili pastes
  • 1 small young cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 240 g of broth
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 bunch of dill, chopped
  • 2-3 tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt, black pepper to taste

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Peel and grate the carrot. Finely dice the onion and slice the cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Transfer the mushrooms to a strainer, rinse under cold running water, and chop them into smaller pieces. Dice the tomatoes and chop the dill.
  3. In a large pot, add the butter, garlic, ginger, and chili paste, and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the chopped mushrooms, grated carrots, and cabbage. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drizzle with vinegar and add the broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes and dill. Stir, season to taste, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Tip: To prevent the cabbage from losing its color, add rice vinegar while cooking.
