INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Marinades for pork galbi BBQ O'Food
  • 500 g pork loin cut into thin strips
  • 1 onion, cut into slices
  • 1 carrot cut into half-slices
  • 100 g leek cut into half-slices
  • 3 tablespoons of potato starch
  • 1 egg
  • Frying oil
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Mix the potato starch thoroughly with the water and egg to form a thick pancake batter.
  2. Coat the meat in the prepared batter and fry in batches in hot fat until golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.
  3. Heat a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion, carrot and leek for about 2-3 minutes, then add the meat, galbi marinade, mix everything and fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the finished dish with chives.

TIP: The dish is best served with previously cooked rice and kimchi.
