Sushi cupcakes
If you like sushi, you will definitely like these cupcakes. Kitchen Code created the perfect party recipe using sushi rice and aromatic Wasabi S&B sauce. Sushi-style cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 4 House of Asia Seaweed Nori Leaves
- House of Asia Black Sesame
- 210 gr House of Asia sushi rice
- Wasabi S&B Sauce at your discretion
- 250 ml of water
- 150 g salmon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic
- 1/3 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Rinse the sushi rice several times in water. Place the cooked rice in a pot and add a glass of cold water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes. Then set aside and let it sit covered for another 15 minutes. After this time, combine the cooked rice with a tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Dice the salmon into small cubes and combine with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, honey, spices, and mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut the nori sheets into squares approximately 7×7. Place a spoonful of rice on each sheet and then place in a muffin tin.
- Place the previously prepared salmon on top (about 1 teaspoon).
- Bake the finished cupcakes at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. Once baked, garnish with black sesame seeds and wasabi sauce. You can also garnish with fresh cucumber, sliced avocado, or caviar.
