INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for rice:

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 50 ml rice vinegar
  • 50 ml of water
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar or erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients for salmon marinade:

  • 1 spoon S&B wasabi paste
  • 1 spoon sesame oil
  • 500 g fresh salmon
  • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 2 years old, so we are

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook according to the package directions. Mix with the marinade and line the bottom of an ovenproof dish with it. Top with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 1 crumbled nori sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (convection).
  3. Dice the salmon and combine with the marinade ingredients. Place on top of the rice and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with wasabi. Garnish the top of the casserole with our wasabi mayo, sriracha, cucumber slices, and avocado. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
  5. The dish can be eaten on its own or portioned onto nori sheets and eaten like tacos.
