Tataki is Japanese for fish that is briefly fried or cooked over high heat, leaving the inside raw. It's a very simple, yet impressive and delicious dish. It tastes even better when paired with a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gr teriaki sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons white sesame
  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • Salt, pepper, sugar to season the fish
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander
  • 1 lime

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over high heat and fry the fish for a few seconds on each side, ensuring the fish remains raw inside. Remove from the pan, brush with teriyaki sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Then cut the salmon into slices.
  2. Serve the salmon slices with your favorite salad and sprinkle with lime juice.
