INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for 4 small jars

  • 8 gr Agar Agar QF
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 500 g red currants
  • 100 g erythritol or sugar
    70 ml of water

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Place the fruit and sweetener in a covered pot and heat until boiling. Stir occasionally.
  2. After this time, cook the fruit uncovered for 30 minutes (stirring occasionally).
  3. Dissolve the agar in water and pour over the fruit. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into jars, seal and turn upside down.
  5. Once cooled slightly, shake the jars to thoroughly mix the agar with the fruit mixture. Set aside to cool completely.
