INGREDIENTS

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Dissolve the agar-agar in the coconut milk, stirring constantly. Heat gently (do not boil!). Then add the vanilla and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove the pot from the heat.
  2. Meanwhile, grease a silicone panna cotta mold with oil. This will make it easier to remove the finished dessert from the mold.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds and place in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes until set.
  4. Remove the panna cotta from the molds and serve with mango sauce and fresh mint.
