Mini burgers with curry paste and Asian salad

INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Light Sesame
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 150 g red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 green cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Burger meat:
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic pastes House of Asia
- 2 tsp Kanokwan green curry paste
- 500 g minced beef for burgers (entrecote, rib, flank)
- A few sprigs of coriander
- A few mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 30 ml of water
SOS:
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Additionally:
- 8 small burger buns
- Pickled or fresh red onion
- Fresh coriander
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Slice the cabbage, carrot, and cucumber into thin strips, preferably using a julienne peeler. Place the vegetables in a bowl and add the sesame seeds, salt, pepper, sugar, rice vinegar, and oil. Mix everything together.
- Place the meat in a bowl and add the garlic paste, salt, pepper, green curry paste, chopped cilantro and mint, and water. Mix the meat until smooth. Shape into flat patties, slightly larger than the diameter of the bun. Grill the meat for 5 minutes on each side.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha sauce. Grill the buns until golden brown. Spread the sauce on the bottom of the bun, add the salad, then the meat, onion, and a sprig of cilantro, and top with the other half of the bun.
