Did you know that KARA's creamy coconut milk is perfect for meat? You can use it as a marinade or even as a sauce. The sauce will be even more delicious if you add House of Asia's red curry paste. INGREDIENTS

Marinade:

SOS: 

  • 4 tablespoons House of Asia red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons House of Asia Fish Sauce
  • 390 ml KARA coconut cream 23-26%
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar
  • juice of half a lime

Additionally: 

approx. 600 g chicken breast, diced

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl and add the garlic and ginger paste, salt, and coconut milk. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk and red curry paste to the pan, mix and heat over medium heat.
  3. Then add the fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Cook briefly until combined.
  4. When the sauce has cooled, pour it over the chicken and mix.
  5. Thread 3-4 cubes of chicken onto toothpicks.
  6. Grill or grill in a griddle pan, turning occasionally. If desired, brush the skewers with curry sauce for even more flavor.
