  • 5-6 tablespoons Satay Ros Thai Thai Sauce
  • 120 grams of chicken breast, finely diced
  • 150 grams of green asparagus
  • 6 young carrots
  • 1 handful of walnuts and peanuts
  • white and black sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh coriander

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the satay sauce. Refrigerate for about 40 minutes. Then wrap the chicken in aluminum foil/baking paper or place on grill plates and grill for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the carrots in half, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Grill for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the asparagus on grill plates, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Grill for 8 minutes.
  4. Place the vegetables and chicken on a plate.
  5. Chop the nuts finely, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  6. Sprinkle the vegetables and chicken with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with satay sauce for dipping.
