Grilled corn with barbecue sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 2 corn cobs cut into 4 cm pieces
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
To serve:
- Mississippi Barbecue Sauce
- A few coriander leaves
- Sea salt to taste
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Pour the milk into a pot, then add the chili pepper and salt. Add the corn and cook until al dente. Then drain on a paper towel.
- Preheat the grill. Place the dried corn on the grill and grill until golden brown.
- In the meantime, pour a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce into a bowl and mix the cooked corn into it.
- Sprinkle everything with sea salt and fresh coriander leaves.
