INGREDIENTS
- 600 ml Coconut milk 16-19% Kara
- 1 spoon House of Asia Ginger Paste or 1 cm peeled and chopped ginger root
- 50 gr Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste
- 100 g jasmine rice
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small package of roasted almond flakes
- 1 bunch of chives
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Cut the cauliflower into florets, blanch in hot, salted water for 5 minutes, then harden and dry.
- Pour coconut oil into a heated wok and fry the cauliflower and onion until golden brown, add the curry paste, ginger paste and finally the coconut milk.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
