Panna Cotta is one of the easiest desserts to make, but there are so many variations that it still surprises with its taste and appearance. waffle.plantation prepared a version with espresso and chocolate, and used our reliable agar agar to set the dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon Agar Agar QF Quality Food
  • 250 ml of cream 30%
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar or erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of cereal/instant coffee or 50 ml of espresso (then add 50 ml less milk)

Icing:

  • 50 g of any chocolate
  • 50 ml of cream 30%

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Combine the cream with the sugar and agar agar and bring to a boil. Pour into 4 jars/glasses and set aside to cool; you can also store in the refrigerator.
  2. Place the chocolate and cream on the stove and heat, stirring until combined. Place about 2-3 tablespoons on each dessert. Set aside—preferably in the refrigerator—for the icing to set. Desserts are best served chilled.
