Chicken legs with Yamasa soy sauce

Marinated in an aromatic blend of Asian spices and served with your favorite toppings, they're perfect for both a simple dinner and a holiday feast. INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons sesame
- 1 kg of chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 5 tablespoons Yamasa soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon Nanami chili paste
- 1 spoon rice vinegar
- 1 spoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 5 tablespoons of honey
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the marinade ingredients, then add the chicken legs. Refrigerate for 1,5 hours, then transfer the chicken and marinade to a zip-lock bag and place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the chicken legs for 1 hour, turning occasionally, until golden brown and the skin crispy.
- Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and chives.
