INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Camembert cheese
  • 1 pack of prosciutto
  • A few sprigs of sage
  • 1 pear, sliced

Solution:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 ml of water
  • ½ pack of fresh yeast

Cake:

  • 875 g flour
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 250 ml of water

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the leaven and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Add flour, butter, salt, and water to the starter. Knead the dough thoroughly and set aside for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, knead the dough twice to degas it.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form the dough into a festive shape, such as a snowman. Place the ham in one circle and spread with mustard, add the pear in another, and add the Camembert cheese in the last circle. Bake for 35-40 minutes, then garnish with sage sprigs.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients in any proportions.
  5. Serve the finished snowman with the sauce.
