INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons Gochujang Bulgogi BBQ Pork Marinades O'Food
  • 500 g chicken drumstick meat (without skin), cut into pieces of about 4 cm
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 100 g potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • About 150 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
  • Frying oil

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. In a bowl, combine the meat with the gochujang marinade.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, gochugaru pepper, sweet paprika, eggs, and water to form a pancake-like batter.
  3. Coat the chicken in the batter and deep-fry until light golden brown, then drain the excess fat on a paper towel and fry again until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle the finished dish with spring onions.

TIP: The dish is best served with previously cooked rice and kimchi.
