INGREDIENTS

  • 400 ml coconut whipping cream QF (at room temperature)
  • 30 g natural cocoa
  • 1 liter of plant or cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • to serve: marshmallows and gingerbread sprinkles

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Pour the milk into a pot and heat it. Pour some of the warm milk into a mug and add the cocoa powder. Stir until combined.
  2. Pour the contents of the mug into the hot milk and heat until the liquids combine. Remove from heat and pour into mugs.
  3. Whip the coconut cream with powdered sugar.
  4. Serve the cocoa with a dollop of whipped coconut foam, marshmallows and gingerbread sprinkles.
