INGREDIENTS

1 pack Tortilla wrap with Casa del Sur chili

2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices

100 gr House of Asia panko breadcrumbs 

A few Casa del Sur Green Jalapeno Peppers

200 g chicken 

½ medium cucumber, cut into half-moons

4 leaves of iceberg lettuce or other lettuce

A few cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 red onion, sliced ​​into strips

1 egg 

1 tablespoon of oil, preferably in a spray bottle 

4 tablespoons Sukiyaki Kanokwan sauce

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces, season with light soy sauce and Chinese seasoning. Dip in egg and coat in panko breadcrumbs. Bake in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 180°C. Lightly spray with oil before placing.
  2. Lay out the wraps and spread with mayonnaise. Place the vegetables, jalapeños, and chicken pieces in the center. Pour sukiyaki sauce over everything and roll up the wrap. Bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
