Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml Gaea

A taste of true Greece and classic style at its finest! From Koroneiki olives, a unique olive oil is produced – with a pleasant aroma and a delicate almond flavor. The olives from which Gaea oils are made are hand-picked, carefully selected, and then pressed into oil by mechanically processing fresh olives on specially cooled millstones. The lack of heat treatment ensures that the pressed oil retains its valuable properties. Gaea ensures that its presses are located close to the plantations, ensuring the highest quality of oil made from fresh olives.

Application: Tastes best in salads and pasta. As a standalone sauce or as an ingredient. With baked potatoes with rosemary. With fish mixed with lemon and spices. With tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in Caprese. As an indispensable ingredient in marinades. In many cakes.
