The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is, as every year, a unique global event that always generates enormous interest and attracts large crowds. That's why we've once again supported this noble cause in the best way we can by organizing culinary workshops. This allows us to demonstrate our great passion for cooking and the simplicity of Asian cuisine.
Last Friday, March 17th, the winners of the culinary workshop auction for the 31st Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity visited our company. Workshop participants had the opportunity to learn the secrets of Thai cuisine. Under the watchful eye of our chefs, Jarek Owczarczyk and Pongthep Aroonsang, each team was tasked with preparing Thai dishes such as:
- Tom Yum Kung Soup
- Thai salad
- Pad Thai with tofu
- Thai red curry
All participants were very pleased with the workshops and are already looking forward to the next edition.
