The International Food Fair Warsaw FOOD EXPO took place on June 1-2, 2017.
Among the workshops and attractions for visitors to the Fair was the opportunity to prepare sophisticated yet quick dishes with Chef Joseph Seelesto and Andrzej Polisiakiewicz, professional chef and HoReCa Development Manager at De Care. The gentlemen ensured that each workshop participant had the opportunity to explore different flavors, preparation techniques, and garnishing. Products from De Care brands such as House of Asia, Casa del Sur, Livity, Quality Food, Maille, and Mazetti were used in the cooking.
