We managed to donate over 250 kg of food to a Warsaw-based food-sharing organization. Yummity aims to raise awareness of the amount of food thrown away.
According to the PROM project (Program for Rationalization and Reduction of Food Waste), Poles throw away approximately five million tons of food. This is why organizations are being established to save food from waste. We, too, decided to participate in building a sense of responsibility for reducing food waste and decided to donate over 250 kilograms of food. Yummity products, including the Spinach Plant-Based Burger, Carrot Plant-Based Burger, and Tomato Plant-Based Burger, will now be distributed to those in need.
