On October 12, the largest substantive and networking meeting of Chefs in Poland will be held at the MT Polska Trade Fair and Congress Center.
Visitors will be able to explore our catering offerings. At our booth, we will showcase Japanese products from our own House of Asia brand, as well as Miyasaka and Otafuku products. In addition to Japan, we will showcase the increasingly recognizable Peruvian cuisine, which, thanks to Casa del Sur products, can be recreated in Polish restaurants.
Additionally, we will give two presentations:
– Innovative use of Japanese spices and premium sauces – 12:25 PM
– The Phenomenon of Peruvian Cuisine – 14:35 PM
