A new line of Mexican products has joined the Casa de Mexico brand. Aromatic, intensely flavored products such as pinto beans, chipotle peppers, spices, and sauces are now available in many stores in Poland. Due to the expansion of this brand's product line, we decided to prepare a Mexican lunch using the latest ingredients at De Care.
Together with our chefs, Tomek and Kajetan, we prepared a hearty quesadilla made with wheat wraps and refried black pinto beans, fresh vegetables with taco seasoning, and slightly spicy chicken in chipotle BBQ sauce. All served with tortilla chips, rice, salad, and lime.
