INGREDIENTS
COMPONENTS:
• 1 can of yellow jackfruit pieces (frozen pickle and fruit separately)
• 400g frozen mango (+ a few cubes for decoration)
• 200g cream 36%
• 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Place all frozen ingredients in a blender jar and pour in cream and honey.
- Blend everything at high speed for at least a minute.
- Pour the finished ice cream directly into cups or chill it in the freezer for an additional hour.
- Garnish with mango slices.
