A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Cut the wings apart. Use only the thickest parts for baking.
  2. Melt the butter, add the oil, salt, pepper, ground sweet paprika, granulated garlic, Rosé Thai sauce, and thyme leaves. Mix the marinade thoroughly.
  3. Pour the marinade over the wings and mix thoroughly (you can leave them overnight).
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the wings with any remaining marinade on the bottom of the pan. Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Serve with the sauce for spring rolls and Ros Thai Thai spring rolls.
