INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml coconut milk light 11% UHT 200ml Kara
  • 500 g chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil

To serve:

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Mix all the spices with a tablespoon of oil and coconut milk, marinate the meat, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then thread the chicken onto skewers.
  2. Pour oil into a heated pan and fry the meat until golden brown, in the meantime brushing it with the remaining marinade sauce.
