A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Pour oil into a heated pan and fry the meat. Season with oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili paste, and Chinese spice mix. Add the chopped spring onion.
  2. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water, cut into smaller pieces, and place in the bowl with the meat.
  3. Soak the mun mushrooms in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain and chop into smaller pieces. Cut the vegetables into 3-4 cm long strips. Transfer the ingredients to the bowl with the noodles and meat. Pour the satay sauce over everything and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with your favorite herbs.

TIP: To prepare a more fit salad, use turkey or chicken breast meat.
