INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Mississippi BBQ sauce
  • 1 kg of medium potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, sliced ​​into feathers
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small chili pepper, finely chopped and seedless
  • 1 small bunch of chives, finely chopped

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rosemary, garlic, and shallot. Add the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated potatoes on it. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the oven and bake until tender.
  4. Transfer the baked potatoes to a bowl and mix with the BBQ sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, chives and chili.
