A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. Let them cool, then cut them into quarters or eighths (depending on the size of the potato).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the chili pepper and miso paste, and mix thoroughly. Add the mixture to the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat the oil to 180°C, fry the potatoes until golden brown, and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Then transfer them to a plate, drizzle with tonkatsu sauce, and sprinkle with cilantro and Parmesan cheese.
