A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Prepare the rice according to the package directions. Once cool, stir it into the rice sauce with a wooden spatula.
  2. With wet hands, shape the rice into a roll about 3-4 cm long and no more than 2 cm thick.
  3. Cut the fish into thin slices and spread wasabi on each one.
  4. Gently press the rice rolls onto the fish. Serve with soy sauce and ginger.
