Grilled ribs in BBQ sauce
Is grilling season over already? It lasts all year round here! You can always use an electric grill and prepare a delicious dinner with friends. And no grilling is complete without juicy, aromatic BBQ ribs! Thanks to the addition of hot Louisiana sauce, the dish is temptingly spicy, and the chili con carne spice gives it a Mexican flair. Let's get started!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons sweet and mild Mississippi barbecue sauce
- 1 kg of pork ribs
- 1 bunch of chives
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons chili con carne spices
- 1 teaspoon Louisiana chipotle sauce
- 1 spoon coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 teaspoons of sea salt
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Rub the ribs thoroughly with the marinade, then wrap them in aluminum foil.
- Preheat the grill. Place the wrapped ribs on the grill and grill for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before the end, unwrap the ribs and check for tenderness with a toothpick. Brush them with barbecue sauce. Leave on the grill until cooked through.
- Cut the finished ribs into portions and sprinkle with fresh chives.
TIP: Instead of grilling the ribs, you can also bake them for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
