INGREDIENTS

  • 75 gr Quinoa mixed QF
  • 3 tablespoons Chia seeds QF
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
  • 1 cup ground oatmeal
  • 4 cubes of your favorite chocolate

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Boil the quinoa in lightly salted water (about 20 minutes after boiling), drain.
  2. Crack the egg into the cooled porridge and add the coconut, chia, honey and oatmeal.
  3. Form cookies using a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the finished cakes.
