Fried beef with broccoli
A quick Asian-style dish that delights with intense flavor and aroma. Juicy beef, crispy broccoli, and a bold sauce are ready in just 25 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Crispy garlic in chili oil Ipińcio
- 2 tsp House of Asia Garlic, Ginger and Chili Pastes
- 250 g beef, thinly sliced
- 100 g broccoli, divided into florets and blanched
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Coat the beef in potato starch. Heat a wok and stir-fry the beef over high heat for 1–2 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Add the broccoli and paste and cook for another 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and crispy garlic and chili. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Place the finished dish on a plate and sprinkle with chives.
