INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml satay sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pink ginger
  • 1 spoon white sesame
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 170 g red cabbage
  • Hass avocado
  • a bunch of radishes
  • 200 g edamame beans (I used frozen)
  • 180 g natural tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • optional satay sauce to serve as a dip

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes, rub with satay sauce and set aside.
  2. Place washed spinach in bowls. Shred the cabbage, slice the avocado, and thinly slice the radishes.
  3. Pour boiling water over the beans, let them sit for 2 minutes, then rinse them with cold water and peel them. Arrange all the ingredients next to the spinach.
  4. Fry the tofu in olive oil, place it on top of the vegetables, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add the cilantro and serve.
