• Several drops of jalapeno sauce
• 1 bar of dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup of heavy cream

Churros

• 1 glass of water
• 1 cup of wheat flour
• 100 g butter
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• a pinch of salt
• 2 eggs

A METHOD OF PREPARING

1. Boil water with sugar, salt, and butter. Reduce heat and add flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.

3. Place the finished churros on baking paper and drain off any excess fat, then sprinkle generously with fine-grained sugar.
4. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the cream. Add a few drops of hot chili sauce and mix. Serve the sauce while it's still warm, along with the warm churros.
