INGREDIENTS

1 House of Asia Bulgogi Pasta

2-3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Sesame

1 large glass Lotus jasmine rice

500 g pork tenderloin (you can also use beef, seafood or tofu)

1 large carrot, cut into thin strips

2 shallots, cut into strips

3 tablespoons of oil

1/2 cup of water

a bunch of chopped chives

A METHOD OF PREPARING

1. Cut the tenderloin into smaller pieces. Place in a bowl along with the bulgogi paste. Mix everything together and set aside to marinate for about an hour.

2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

3. Place the marinated meat in a heated pan with oil and fry for a few minutes without flipping (the meat will brown). Then flip it over and add the carrots and onion. Mix everything together.

4. In the meantime, you can add 1/2 cup of water and stir until the liquid evaporates. Preparing the meat in the pan should take about 10-15 minutes.

5. Divide the rice among the serving plates, then the Bulgogi pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Enjoy!
