Belgian fries with gochujang bulgogi sauce O'Food
Belgian fries with a delicious sauce made with mayonnaise and gochujang bulgogi sauce from O'Food. This is a must-try for all fries lovers.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons Marinades for pork gochujang bulgogi BBQ O'Food
- 2 tsp House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 1 kg floury potatoes (class C)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar dissolved in 2 liters of water
- 1 liter of frying oil
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 50 g grated pecorino cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips approximately 1x1 cm thick, place them in a bowl with water and sugar, and let them sit for 15-20 minutes. After that time, remove them to a paper towel and dry them thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pot to 150°C (use a thermometer) and fry the fries in batches until light golden brown. Remove to a paper towel, drain, and drizzle with vinegar.
- Heat the same oil this time to 180°C and fry the fries in it again.
- Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise with the gochujang sauce.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked fries and sprinkle with pecorino cheese and chives.
